Shipping addresses

We cannot change, update, or alter the shipping information on an order. It’s your responsibility to update the information on your account. Please ensure all information is accurate before placing the order. Our labels print automatically based on the information you provide. Failure to provide an exact shipping address when ordering will incur additional fees for a new shipping label.

Shipping methods

At checkout, please select the shipping method that is most appropriate for your order.

Shipping methods are USPS, including priority mail, first class mail, express mail, and UPS.

Shipping Insurance

You are responsible for insuring your order with your desired shipping company. If something arrives broken or the carrier mishandles your package, you can file a claim with the carrier. Then, you can rest easy knowing you’ll get a refund from the shipping carrier.

Shipping times and Customs

Once your order is shipped, it’s in the shipping company’s hands. Although we select shipping methods based on your requested shipping/timelines, we’re NOT responsible for any shipping delays. International shipments, please note: We are also NOT responsible for any duties, tax, GST, or additional fees incurred on your order. These are the buyer’s responsibility and will NOT be reimbursed by us.

Shipping Items

Your order is in perfect condition when we package it for shipping. If you drop or damage your parcel and it damages your product, we are not responsible. All orders are carefully wrapped to ensure they get to you safely. Please handle all items with care.
