Cancellation of orders

We offer cancellation; however, please get in touch with us within 24 hours if you want to cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped, it can NOT be canceled. We ship 24-48 hours after receiving your order. That’s why it’s important for you to contact us as soon as possible about the cancellation.

Once an item has been shipped, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
