Refund and Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on sold items. Please note that every screen monitor is different; items you receive may vary slightly in color. Sizing may also differ by (mm). We try to describe and measure our items as accurately as possible, but please note there may sometimes be a slight difference. However, we accept returns if you were shipped the wrong item/size or a broken item. This process must happen within 7 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when shipping the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for any loss or damage when they ship an item to us. Therefore, for the customer’s protection, we require that all packages be insured.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
